The EEC
EVAPO-SEP is a continuously working waste oil evaporation
unit designed for removal of water from oil emulsions and chemical solutions as well as
for the recovery of the oil to be used as fuel, and the recovery of chemicals to be used
or reprocessed. It is well suited for separation of emulsified oil, chemicals, heavy metals, color, ink, and it is also designed for recovery and concentration of glycol and other
chemicals.

The EEC EVAPO-SEP is skid-mounted, consists of a centrifugal feed pump, a feed pre-heater, a combined vaporizer/condenser and a water vapor blower, complete with all interconnecting pipe work in place and pre-wired with a local control panel for the complete system. The unit is to be hooked up to fresh water for cleaning purposes, to electrical power and to auxiliary steam for pressure control of the system. Optionally, an auxiliary electrical heater may be supplied with the unit if steam is not available. By recovering the heat from the evaporation process, the EEC EVAPO-SEP uses 80-90% less energy than conventional single stage evaporators, depending on the size of the system.
Designed to separate on boiling temperature, the unit offers over 99.9% separation of
heavy metal and other inorganic matter dissolved or suspended in the waste water.
